I utilise data from an unknown NHS Trust in the development of a staged multivariate logistic regression model in the assessment of 14-day efficacy by dose
“In all honesty I shouldn’t be hunting and scraping for evidence of vaccine benefit like this, for the situation should be self-evident if claims of 95% or even 80% efficacy are to be believed.” Except when, as we all learned, that 95% number is relative risk efficacy that occurs in the Nth decimal place in absolute terms, and only for a few months in the study before being unblinded, and excluding the intial two week danger zone that was another definition manipulation to transfer harms from the vaxxed population to the unvaxxed population.
But yeah, we should be able to believe them when they say 95% and we should not have to look hard for benefit in marketed biologics.
Dear John, I have tried to change my subscription to GB Pounds (so I don’t keep incurring foreign currency transaction charges) but the system won’t let me. Substack support is no use. Any advice? Thanks, Ross
The tech side is beyond my comprehension other than what levers I can pull in the settings. It might be that your email address has been retained somewhere, so I'll have a look see. If you get booted out I'll have figured it!
I think I've found you in the system in which case your billing is current but will cancel automatically tomorrow. Let's wait and see if that happens - you'll soon know 'coz commenting will be disabled as will access to the archive.
I remember during the Cold War the controversy in Western Europe about powerful shortwave propaganda stations. Vatican Radio in particular because this non-military radio was probably allowed to be criticized. As a graduate of a radio technical school half a century ago and a current amateur radio operator, I have a bit of knowledge about it.

Thank you for your work.
Thanks for all the effort.... It confirms what has been obvious to many - no benefit only harm
They tell us themselves in 2m26s accompanied by In the Hall of the Mountain King. It'd be funny ...

You once mentioned the possible interest in the health effects of electromagnetic fields. Perhaps it will be helpful:

Yes indeed - the trick these days is finding the time!
