Is there another major bug doing the rounds at the moment, do you know? A lot of peeps we know have been 'bugged' for weeks, including us, and a) it ain't Covid, and b) we haven't been jabbed.
Bug bugging that is neither Cv nor Vx is the same for folk around here also. Some are totally fine but others are up and down with a flu-like illness every few weeks.
Yes, this one seems rather persistent and repetitive. I was off work for most of January, back in Feb, and then knocked out for several weeks with cold-type symptoms, cough, sinus issues, painful chest and fatigue, and lots of joint pain - rather debilitating. Thats despite having a healthy diet and being generally rather fit for my age. (69)

Can you give us a broad hint - urban or rural, NE, NW, Midlands, SE, or SW?
Up here in Scotland there were vast differences between spikes in different areas such as say, Orkney or Edinburgh, and I think Northern Ireland was largely unaffected.
I have an interesting story to tell about this. My niece's pregnant next door neighbour was bullied by the local surgery into having a flu jab early October 2019. A few days later they rang to ask her to self-isolate for two weeks and to keep an eye out for symptoms of fever, sore throat, breathlessness etc. They didn't explain why or what was going on. At the same time my niece's father suffered chest pains, aches and whatnot after his flu jab such that he resolved never to have another flu jab again.

I've absolutely no idea where it is. Judging by the raw numbers it will be one of the larger Trusts.
Is it a possibility that the deaths in 2019 were people that had partaken a flu injection that season ? i.e. their immune system had been weakened ?
